In order to start a project well, a preliminary process is needed to determine the course. We call this the “roadmap”, which will ultimately form the foundation for the SoW (Statement of Work). Welisa is entrepreneurial enough to be able to think strategically with the organization, is large enough to handle projects in a correct and professional manner and small enough to keep the lines short. In this way we can make timely adjustments during a project when necessary.
This is how we proceed
The big question is: What will be your next step with the organization? Can business processes be optimized by using Salesforce, in a way that your organization can work more efficiently? What are the requirements of the organization? By entering into a conversation with the key users within your organization, we obtain this information. Together we achieve more and we become smarter. We are happy to share our knowledge, so that your organization becomes smarter with and through Salesforce. We love to see you embrace and adopt Salesforce within your organization.
Getting to know your organization
At Welisa we are convinced that you can only really advise an organization if you know how the company thinks and how their processes work. When you think of Salesforce do you think about Sales processes? Yes, of course, but also think of Service processes, Communities (interaction with the customer), B2B Commerce (B2B Webshop) and many more possibilities that the Salesforce platform has to offer. Let’s get to know each other and investigate whether we can add value.
In this way we build a smarter organization together!
People – impact – innovation
This is what we stand for! People come into their own when they do what they do best. We think this is not only important for ourselves, but of course also for our customers. When the right people are in the right place and can exercise their expertise, you can achieve things. We are convinced of that. This impact is related to the right focus. The focus to do what contributes to the existence of your organization. You do not do this alone, but together with your colleagues! Together you lead the way and implement innovations. This has a positive effect on everyone and that is how we make a difference for our customers.
