Integrate smarter: boost your ROI with Salesforce integrations

Systems that don’t work well together cost time, money, and missed opportunities. With smart Salesforce integrations, we ensure your business processes run seamlessly, driving your ROI to new heights. With years of experience in Salesforce integrations, we know exactly which connections will have the greatest impact on your business results. Optimize your processes with Salesforce and discover how cross-system collaboration can help you take even bigger strides forward.

The power of a strong Integration

A good integration enables automatic data exchange between two systems. This eliminates the need to manually transfer data from one system to another. The key benefits include error-free data transfers, faster availability of information in the other system, and shorter process lead times.

With Salesforce integrations by Welisa, you benefit from:

  • Efficiency
  • Speed
  • Lower operational costs
  • Increased ROI
  • Convenience

Website visit → invoice: maximized efficiency

A process often begins outside of Salesforce—like a form on a website—and ends with an invoice generated in a financial system. By intelligently connecting systems, we create accurate workflows that enable automatic data exchange, reduce errors, and shorten lead times. This is how you achieve optimal efficiency and maximize your ROI.

What can we build integrations with?

You can connect almost any system to Salesforce, whether it’s a cloud-based service or a system hosted on a local server. The method we use depends primarily on where the other system is located. For example, integrations can be established via an API or through middleware like Mulesoft.

In Salesforce, integrations can be implemented using APEX or Flow. Depending on the required complexity and maintainability, we select the most suitable approach. In addition to APEX or Flow, standard plugins provided by certain systems can also be utilized, provided they meet your requirements.

Practical examples

What would you like to integrate? Consider the following examples.

Invoice processing

Once an order is signed in Salesforce, a customer and invoice are created in an accounting system. This invoice is visible in Salesforce, where its status is also tracked. The invoicing, reminders, payment, and settlement take place in the financial system. Systems that we can integrate include: BusinessCentral, SAP, EOL, AFAS, Microsoft Dynamics, Moneybird.

Order processing

Once an opportunity is won, an order with the corresponding products and quantities is created in Salesforce. This order is then sent to the production system, where the production departments process it. The order status and shipping status are synchronized with Salesforce, and the customer is kept informed through updates. Examples of production systems include Exact Online, SAP, and RidderIQ.

Credit check

Before a customer can finalize an order, a credit check must be carried out. The request is sent from Salesforce to the system of the provider, and the response is returned via the API to Salesforce, allowing the sale to be finalized. Systems such as Allianz, Graydon, and Atradius can be integrated for this purpose.

Lease request

If a customer requires external financing before making a purchase, a loan or lease application can be sent to a financier. The status of the lease request is tracked in Salesforce. Once the result is received, both the account manager and the customer are notified via an automated email from Salesforce. An example is BNP Paribas.

Supplementing company data

When a lead enters the system, missing personal or company data can be supplemented with information retrieved from systems such as the Chamber of Commerce (KVK), CompanyInfo, RDW, Graydon, etc.
