Step 1 - Introduction & Understanding

Our collaboration is a journey through several distinct phases. It all begins with the Preliminary Phase.

This is where our conversation begins. We want to thoroughly understand what drives your business, but we believe it’s just as important that you understand who we are and what we value in a partnership. Our experience has consistently shown that a two-way dialogue at every stage yields the best results. We are honest and transparent, and we will always tell you if we believe things can be done smarter or if other experts should be involved.

What can you expect?

  • A Personal Approach: We ask the right questions to truly understand your situation.

Step 2 - Creating a High-Level Plan

There is no standard approach, only what you need. Depending on the situation, we determine the next step together. We bring in the right people from Welisa, exactly who you need. People with knowledge of your type of organization and your challenge/ambition.

Step 3 - Scoping Everything Out

We work towards a concrete proposal and map everything out clearly. 

  • Sometimes, a preliminary investigation is needed first, in which we delve into your processes to get to the core of the issue. 
  • This process prepares your organization for change and helps clarify your priorities.

This step can consist of, among other things:

  • In-depth Inquiry: A profound discussion with multiple stakeholders to understand and analyze processes.
  • Demo: Getting a concrete picture of the possibilities.
  • Presentation: A substantive session in which we explain our vision and approach.
  • Internal Research: Sometimes you have internal questions to answer before we can proceed.
  • Health Check: An analysis of the IT landscape to map out its health, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

When the preliminary phase is over, we move on to the Delivery Phase. This is where we start the project and implement the solution that will drive your business forward.

Step 4 - Development Phase

We propose what we can do for you and make a concrete offer. This could be:

  • A specific product that we deliver.
  • An independent advisory report and/or a Discovery phase.
  • A solution design in which we work out the optimal solution for your organization.
  • Collaborating on a concrete result with clear agreements on who does what.

Step 5 - Implementation

In the building phase, we will test together, conduct demos, and provide training. This is the moment when ideas become reality.

Key components:

  • Building and testing: We develop and validate the solution.
  • Workshops and documentation: Together we ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Training: We make sure your team is well-prepared for the new solution.

If the environment is built, tested, and to your satisfaction, then we move on to the Go-live Phase.

Step 6 - Go-Live

In this step, we actually set the new environment live. This is done carefully by a team, including developers, who monitor the entire go-live, so we can be sure that everything is set up correctly. This is always a festive day, so we celebrate together with cake!

Step 7 - Customer Success

The delivery of a project is not an endpoint, but a new beginning. We guide you through the go-live and ensure a smooth transition. After go-live, we remain available for support and optimization.

Post-go-live support:

  • Hypercare: Intensive support immediately after go-live.
  • Evaluation: What is going well, what could be better?
  • Managed Service & Support: For ongoing support and continuous development.
