    Tover makes purposeful games that have a positive impact on the quality of life of people with dementia, for example. The Tover tables are already going around the world after 6 years. Salesforce makes it possible to scale up. 

    It works like this: the Magic Table projects the games on the table or on the floor. For example, players can touch a projected ball and pass it to each other. Thusly, people with cognitive challenges are stimulated in a new way while also interacting with one another. In this way, people with cognitive challenges are stimulated in a new way and they interact with each other. Developing purposeful games is Tover’s core business.

    Working efficiently

    Tover has grown from a start-up into a scale-up organisation. In order to scale up, it is useful to simplify and streamline business processes. That is one of the tasks of Tom Schild, as a user centered process designer at Tover. He makes processes fit together effectively. “I like to think from my colleagues’ point of view: ‘what do they need to be able to do their work efficiently every day’? Salesforce helps us optimize this process. The generated leads automatically come into Salesforce, after which we can convert them to opportunities and send out offers. When a deal is closed, Salesforce automatically sends the financial data to our financial system, so we can easily draw up invoices.”

    Information for all colleagues

    The purposeful games are software products. Therefore, a link between the subscription registration and Salesforce was an obvious choice. Tom stated: “When a customer has ordered a subscription to a new game, Salesforce activates it immediately” Salesforce also serves the Operations department. “They know exactly where a certain Magic Table needs to be sent to for a specific date. It’s great that everyone has or can easily find all of the necessary information. For example, our marketeers can easily track campaigns thanks to the insight into leads. Tover works with distribution partners abroad who take care of sales themselves. At the moment, Tover products are already sold in various European countries and in Canada, America, and Oceania. We expect considerable growth. Salesforce ensures a uniform sales process. It forces us to make choices and thus creates more clarity for the sales process. The more you automate, the easier it is to scale up. We are working on a customer portal, which will also be linked to Salesforce. Although, we don’t want to lose sight of the fact that we are making a product for health care The human touch is important in that respect.”

    Tom worked with Welisa during the implementation of Salesforce. Tom recounted, “I really like their speed and flexibility. Welisa is open to new ideas and switches quickly when something doesn’t work. That’s the strength of Welisa. We had to pull out all of the stops during the go-live. Welisa’s effort was always at 100% and were able to go the extra mile at that point. I don’t know what other company would have done that with so much dedication.
