    Marketing automation is the automation of marketing activities using software. That way you get a complete picture of the customer journey: from orientation to purchase. This allows you to reach the right people at the right time and show them – for example – relevant content.

    It’s important to keep in mind that not everyone in your target audience needs the same information at the same time. Therefore, think carefully about how you are going to target en create segments within that audience. These few tips below get you on the right track, so you can effectively use marketing automation for your B2B webshop.

    • Segment your audience
      Do your products or services appeal to a specific target group? Try to create segmentations. How? By means of personas! That way you get to know your target group well and you know how and when to approach this target group.
